Our Activities
Photo Activities The church has a lot of yearly activities packed for both the adults and children alike to help develope their spiritual life and enhance mutual coexistence in our multinatinational environment. ACES Les amis du Christ ensemble: has its motto as Worship, Prayer, projects and friendship. Children between the ages of 12 to 17 are eligible to join. This group of young people (11 to 18 years old) has been meeting for two years now. The sleepover in January at Christine and Lionel’s was a great success and gave the opportunity for them to get to know each other better, to worship together and to discover the countryside and the farms around Kienheim. The Aces found the film “Mission” a good start to our thinking on mission and colonisation. The Aces collected a huge amount of clothing for the Centre Social Protestant which was much appreciated. They have had other meetings including a Bible study on the Creation and they are now planning a fun outing to the cinema. The group has not met as often as last year due to their crowded agendas. The only opportunity that they have for meeting together is in this group and so they do not really know each other as well as they might. Parents have suggested that they meet once a month only. I am looking for young people to help this group develop and grow so please let me know if you are interested. If you have children between 11 and 18 they will be most welcome. The older Aces will soon be ready to be part of a group for young adults. Rev. Christine Bloomfield
